If the order hasn't started processing, please contact support immediately. We'll attempt to cancel the order as long as it hasn't entered the automatic processing stage.

  • Link was changed or deleted.
  • Multiple services were used simultaneously on the same link.
  • The account was made private after the service was delivered.
  • Invalid link or the link is private.
  • Temporary issues with the service provider.
  • Age or region restrictions imposed by the service provider.
  • Target unavailable or region-blocked.

Fixed pricing ensures consistent delivery speeds and stable pricing, even if platform algorithms change.

“Partial” status indicates that only part of your order was delivered. The remaining quantity is automatically refunded to your balance.

If the order hasn't started processing, you can immediately open a support ticket. Our team will attempt to cancel it before the automatic processing begins.

“Cancel” means the order has been stopped, and you will be refunded (if eligible) because the service couldn’t be completed.

“Refill” refers to restoring lost followers, likes, or views after the order is completed (only applicable for services that support refills).

Your Order ID is a unique identifier generated when you place an order with us.

No Refill means that the service doesn’t include any refill or guarantee after delivery. If followers or likes drop later, they won’t be restored.

You can find your Order ID in the Order History or My Orders section of your account.

PayFast is a fast and secure payment method that allows you to add balance to your SMM Tejarat account.

Your Website Username is your login name for accessing your account and support services.

Start Count is the number of followers/likes/views you had before placing the order.

Final Count refers to the total number of followers/likes/views after the order is completed.
