Terms and Conditions for SMM Tejarat
By accessing and using the services of SMM Tejarat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with us, and it's essential that you read and understand them before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the services provided by SMM Tejarat, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and you are bound by the latest version posted on this page.
2. Eligibility for Use
You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a contract in your country. Accounts involved in fraudulent activities, spam, or unlawful behavior will be suspended immediately without notice.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account details, including login credentials. Ensure your information remains correct, and keep your login details secure. Communication regarding services or issues should only occur through SMM Tejarat’s verified support channels.
4. Misbehavior and Suspension
Any user who engages in abusive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior will have their account suspended. In such cases, we will also block their contact number from accessing support services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior warning.
5. Payment and Transactions
If a payment is made incorrectly (for example, from an incorrect account or different payment method), there will be a 72-hour window for the payment to be verified. If payment is not received on our end within this period, it is the user's responsibility to contact their bank directly. SMM Tejarat is not responsible for transaction errors made by your bank. Once we confirm the payment on our side, it will be credited to your account.
6. No Refund, No Refill Policy
After the payment has been processed, there will be no refunds or returns, and we cannot change your mind once the transaction is completed. If the link used for the service is broken or changed during service delivery, we cannot help, refill, or cancel your order. We will not issue any refunds or adjustments in such cases.
7. Refunds for Mistaken Payments
If a user mistakenly sends a payment and reports it within 1 to 5 hours, we will process a refund, but only if the user follows our Terms of Payment and refund procedures. Refunds will be issued as wallet credits rather than to the bank or external accounts.
8. Quality and Service Limitations
SMM Tejarat provides the requested metrics (likes, followers, views, etc.), but we cannot guarantee organic or lasting engagement. We are not responsible for the quality or retention of engagement provided by third-party providers. Placing multiple orders on the same link or account simultaneously can void guarantees and result in no refund or refill.
9. Compliance with Laws and Platform Policies
You must ensure that all content and activities related to your campaigns comply with the local laws and the policies of the social media platforms being used (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). We will not be held liable for any actions resulting from violations of these rules.
10. Order Processing and Delivery
Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed by our system. You may cancel the order only before it enters processing. Once the service begins, cancellation is no longer possible. Ensure your account or page remains public and unchanged during service delivery. Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact completion times.
11. Pricing and Taxes
Service prices may fluctuate based on market conditions. You are responsible for any payment gateway charges or taxes applicable at the time of your purchase.
12. Payments and Chargebacks
Only authorized payments should be made. Fraudulent transactions will lead to permanent account bans. Unjustified chargebacks or disputes will result in account suspension and a reversal of delivered metrics.
13. API and Fair Use
API keys provided by SMM Tejarat are for personal or authorized business use only. Abuse, scraping, reverse-engineering, or exceeding fair limits will result in immediate account termination.
14. Privacy and Data Usage
We collect minimal personal and usage data to deliver services and improve user experience. Some data may be shared with trusted third-party providers solely for order processing. For further details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
15. Security and Downtime
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee complete security. Scheduled maintenance or issues from third-party providers may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not responsible for any outages caused by platform bans, policy changes, or external factors.
16. Limitation of Liability
All services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties. SMM Tejarat is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by using our services.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Sindh, Pakistan, unless otherwise specified. Users are encouraged to resolve issues through support before pursuing legal action.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
