Refund Policy

Short Summary: Most refunds are credited to your SMM Tejarat wallet. Orders are processed automatically. If processing hasn’t started, we can cancel and refund. If an order is fully delivered, refunds are not available. If your order isn’t delivered within 24–72 hours, we refund to wallet.

1) How Our Refunds Work

SMM Tejarat is an automated platform. As soon as you place an order, our system may start processing it with connected providers. Because of this, cancellation is only possible if the order has not entered automatic processing.

  • Not started yet: We cancel and refund to your SMM Tejarat wallet.
  • Started or completed: Cancellation isn’t possible. Delivered orders are non-refundable.
  • Undelivered: If your order doesn’t deliver within 24–72 hours (service dependent), we refund to your wallet.

2) Mistaken Payments & Off-Site Transfers

If you paid by mistake (for example, transferred money outside the website and then request to reverse it), we first verify the transaction:

  • We check whether the payment was auto-added to your SMM Tejarat wallet or sent externally.
  • Verification time: usually within 24 hours, maximum 72 hours.
  • Once verified, a wallet refund is issued when applicable.
  • Note: Bank/card timelines for the money to appear back in your account may vary by provider.

3) Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are non-refundable:

  • Change of mind after placing an order (“I don’t want it now”).
  • Orders that have been delivered in full or marked as completed by the provider.
  • Wrong/invalid links, private accounts, or instructions that prevent delivery (please double-check before ordering).
  • Use of multiple/third-party tools simultaneously that affect counts or quality.

4) Delivery Windows

Each service shows its estimated start time and speed. If your order hasn’t started or delivered within the stated window, contact support. We’ll review logs and either resume delivery or refund to wallet.

  • Start window: Typically 0–12 hours (service dependent).
  • Review time: Within 24 hours, max 72 hours.
  • Refund method: SMM Tejarat wallet credit.

5) Wallet Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your SMM Tejarat wallet. Wallet balance can be used for future orders across the platform. Please reach out to our team if you need help applying wallet credits.

6) Disputes & Chargebacks

If a dispute or chargeback is opened without first contacting SMM Tejarat support, we may suspend the account while we investigate. We also reserve the right to remove inauthentic interactions delivered to third-party platforms when required by their policies.

7) Fraud, Abuse & Conduct

Fraudulent activity (including use of stolen cards, fake payment proofs, or abusive behavior with support) may result in account suspension without further notice. We take platform integrity seriously to protect all users.

8) System Use

Avoid triggering the same order through multiple services or tools at once. Parallel usage can affect accuracy and speeds, and such cases are not eligible for refunds.
